Daifree GF-750 is a fluorine-containing solvent-type mold release agent that does not contain silicone. The conventional product is an environmentally friendly product with performance.

Dilution:
Dilute appropriately with isooctane and stir to mix evenly.
Some of the ingredients may settle at temperatures below 0℃, but please warm it gently to around 25℃ before use.
There is no problem if you mix and stir. After dilution, use it up immediately, and do not store it in a diluted solution for a long time.
Please avoid.
Application:
When using for the first time, please thoroughly remove the previous mold release agent remaining on the mold before use.
Apply it evenly using air spray or a rag. When spraying the mold
Ideally, apply 2-3 light sprays. It is better to apply a low concentration than applying a high concentration at once.
It is more effective to apply 2-3 coats of concentrated product. Excessive use of mold release agent causes mold stains
Therefore, please use an appropriate amount.
Mold cleaning:
Simple stains and mold release agents can be removed to some extent by wiping with a solvent (toluene, acetone), etc.
If you want to remove it completely, alkaline cleaning is effective. It is preferable to immerse the product in a cleaning solution at 60-80℃, which is a 10% aqueous solution of caustic potash or caustic soda with a small amount of surfactant added.
