Daikin MS-175 is a solvent-based fluorine-based mold release agent/coating agent. MS-175 forms a thin, sturdy film on molds and metal surfaces, and is non-stick and water/oil repellent. We also have a high concentration grade MS-175GK that can be considered for a variety of raw materials.

MS-175 is primarily a mold release agent for plastics or water/oil repellent coatings.
By drying at room temperature, a non-stick, water- and oil-repellent film can be formed.
Ingredients comply with regulations on environmentally hazardous substances such as PFOA and ozone depleting substances.
A layer of dry coating has the effect of transferring little to the product and helps prevent the molded product from sticking.
Because there is less mold, the number of mold cleaning times can be reduced, improving productivity.
