Apolease is a multi-purpose anti-stick and mold release agent for molds of rubber and plastic products. Apolease was developed to remove the defects of conventional analogues such as paraffin, wax, soap or silicone.
[Features]
Excellent anti-sticking and mold release:
Apolease exhibits high performance in mold release of special synthetic rubbers such as urethane rubber, neoprene, Viton or Hypalon, which are not available in conventional mold release agents.
Perfectly protects molds from corrosion:
Unlike conventional surfactants, its solution does not cause corrosion or damage to the mold even if the mold is soaked for 7 days at room temperature.
It also protects the mold from corrosion or rust caused by gases such as chlorine released when molding special synthetic rubber.
Effective control of product quality:
Since Apolease is very chemically stable, it does not cause adverse effects to the mold or product such as poor weave or poor quality, thus preventing molding errors.
The adhesive can be used without trouble.
No pollution on molds and products:
Because of its high thermal stability, Apolease does not leave any dirt on the surface of the mold and product.
It reduces the number of mold cleaning times and brings beautiful bright products to users.
Apolease is also compatible with paints and adhesives.
[Applications]
○ For demolding materials: natural rubber, synthetic rubber and plastics such as neoprene, butadiene, acryl, phenol, meta-acryl, polyethylene, etc.
○ In cases where high release force is required, for example urethane rubber, neoprene or Hypalon are difficult to exfoliate.
○ Most suitable for special synthetic rubbers such as neoprene or chloroprene that have a large mold corrosive effect.
○ Effective in de-molding electric cable sheath products.

[User manual]
Necessary tools:
Clean cloth or aerosol or pressure sprayer, product mold and product developer.
Prepare the mold: Clean the mold thoroughly
Use detergent or alcohol, ethanol... to remove grease, dirt, dust, wax, stains and other previously used non-stick agents.
Let the mold surface dry completely. Flatten the mold surface to a smooth, shiny surface to avoid small holes appearing on the mold surface affecting the production surface after creating the finished product.
How to proceed:
Perform a test of mixing ratio with water:
Customers should test it 1-2 times to use a mixing ratio with water like 1:50 or up to 1:100 to best reduce production costs.
First time use: Do not mix with water
Use a clean cloth to absorb and wipe evenly on the surface of the mold in a zigzag pattern to evenly cover the mold. If using a spray bottle, spray a thin layer evenly on all mold surfaces. Leave for 2-10 minutes for the mold surface to absorb evenly and dry slightly.
Start pouring the product into the mold to begin the process of casting the product.
Second use: Mix with water in different proportions
Mix with water at a ratio of 1:50 to 1:100 to reduce input costs for the product.
The method of cleaning the mold and performing coating is as above. If the product is still good at non-stick, you should try mixing it at a ratio of 1:00 and 1:100 to reduce the cost of the product.
(If not necessary, you can mix it without water).
Next use:
After determining the mixing ratio with water, proceed with mass production according to the specified formula.
How to preserve the product: After use, close the lid and store the product in a dry place, away from sunlight.
